Every cent counts for my family. I am saving my money get two surgeries because my insurance will not take me due to preexisting illnesses. Swagbucks helps me buy diapers among other things for my son and family. This $5 gift card would be 5 more I could save up for my surgeries, so I am crossing my fingers. (No sympathy please. What I have is hereditary.)
