    To energize in the morning, I take an invigorating shower, grab a delicious cup of coffee, hug my beagles, and give my boyfriend a kiss to wake HIM up!

    I get energized by playing Bon Jovi in my car with the volume loud. Then I get energized as I see 23 smiling faces waiting for me to teach them everything they need for Kindergarten!

    The way I get energized is by taking B-12 and Iron pills. I am also at the gym doing Kickboxing or Pilates. On top of that I have a great breakfast, high fiber high protein.

    When i get up it’s either one of two things: I have a hearty breakfast of Protein, fat and some leafy greens. Other mornings when i have CrossFit right when i wake up i go there fasted so i burn off more body fat.

    I used to have a coffee habit, but due to being pregnant I can not indulge on as much caffeine as I would like. However, I do like vitamin C and vitamin D which seem to help perk my energy level. :)

    My husband had cancer 5 years ago and now he just came home from hospital having a new jaw put in from the radition that was given to him with the cancer. He used to weigh 175, but now he is down to 126. He would benefit well with this. I have to buy all of this now to help get his weight up and it gets expensive, so all the help would be nice. thank you Pam

    I get energized with about a half a pot of coffee and walking my puppy before making breakfast for my 2 yr old all in the hopes that I get everything I need done before she is up and destroying it all again…lol…:)

    I take a multi vitamin, protein shake, 2 oranges,usually a turkey sausage sandwich and LOTS of coffee BUT I still feel tired. Sometime I work out in the morning, sometimes at night. I NEED this bundle and all the energy I can find. I am a single parent of a teenage boy learning to drive, Yikes!! : )

    I can not get moving in the morning without my side-kick (my 2 yr old daughter Kaydee)! We will usually have about a 15 min giggle and tickle fest before we turn on the radio for a 10-20 min cardio infused dance off. Then we head off to the kitchen for a healthy breakfast (usually a whole grain cereal and fresh fruit). Then off to the shower we go! I love waking up with my kiddo!

    Well, I have 3 kids… that should be enough said. LoL! But I had a near death experience recently, and that has single handedly brought me from a terrible place to a wonderful place. I lost my mother VERY suddenly, from an anurism 2 years ago. Then my father passed away, basically of a broken heart… literally, about 4 months after that. I am not an only child, but my brother is autistic and so he couldnt help me with any of it. I had a terrible time selling their things and their house due to the economy. And for over a year after that I had to fight the state to let me have guardianship of my brother, so he wouldnt become a ward of the state! After ALL that was over, I was just so tired… so worn out… so emotionally & physically exhausted, I went in to a depression. Started my grieving process I suppose. I was afraid of what the next day would bring… then about 4 months ago, I survived a terrible terrible car crash. I was involoved in a huge accident where a semi turned over and landed on top of my car. I was alone… and I remember laying there trapped, hearing people yelling for me… telling me the ambulance was coming… and I remember telling myself that if I survived… it would be because of my parents, as my angels. And their personal way of telling me to stop being depressed, and live my life with my family. And I literally go to bed and thank God for everything i have, and awake each morning with a new outlook on life. :) Thank you for the sample box, no matter if I win or not.     I set about four or five alarm clocks, three house ones and two cell phones with multiple alarm settings, then I try to hear them. Down a couple cups of coffee or sodas and sometimes I still am not awake! LOL I would love an energy boost!
