Update: A lot of people are reporting they got an email about their order, and some have already received their cookies! However I have not gotten either one, so I wrote to customer support and this is what they said.

Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry that you did not receive your email confirmation. We had an overwhelming response to our offer. All of the packages will be sent out by the middle of next week, for all who qualify. If you have any further questions please call our Service Center at 800-266-5437.
