Over the Memorial Day weekend you can receive a free frozen yogurt from Blue Bunny, in the form of a rebate. The value seems to be about $5.

Purchase any Blue Bunny Aspen or Sedona Frozen Yogurt Granola Novelty between May 23rd – May 25th, 2009. Cash receipts must reflect those dates.

Print out the rebate form and put in your information. Also include the receipt and UPC bar code from the package.

Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the rebate check.

Must be redeemed by June 10th, 2009. Limit one per household.

See if a Blue Bunny retailer is located near you, unfortunately there isn’t any in my area.
