The New Year is approaching and a lot of people will be looking for healthier eating alternatives to eating. One of the top New Year’s resolutions every year is to lose weight, be fit, and eat healthier.

Kellogg’s FiberPlus Bars has 3 flavors to choose from, Chocolate Chip, Dark Chocolate Almond, and Chocolatey Peanut Butter. Coming in January 2011 they are introducing a new flavor, Caramel Coconut Fudge.

The Dark Chocolate Almond bar sounds most appealing to me. Not only is dark chocolate supposed to be better for you, but I also like almonds in my chocolate!

The nice thing about the bars is you can have them on the go instead of worrying about being hungry all day. If you find yourself constantly on the go keep a small cooler or bag in your trunk with a few items like this. Chances are while you are out you will have access to fast food which as we all know isn’t as healthy.
