Free Ice StickerThe Hospital of Central Connecticut is giving away Free ICE Stickers. ICE stands for in case of emergency.

They suggest to program your cell phone with information to who to contact in case of emergency.

  • In your cell phone address book add your ICE contacts.
  • Each new contact name should be preceded by the acronym ICE – ICE Mom; ICE Dad; ICE husband.
  • List the contact’s cell phone, work and home numbers.

Sign up for you free ICE sticker, all you have to do is enter your name and address.
