You should be familiar with Allstate. If you ever watch tv you have had to have seen one of their television commercials! It looks like their brand is going for a similar yet new vision.

The Allstate Good Life program is different for an insurane company. Instead of fearing the worst they are encouraging the optimistic side. Although there are risks everywhere we can still overcome that and making our lives good. I've done just that as best I could.

I feel I have personally overcome a lot in my daily life. Six months after my 18th birthday, a week before Thanksgiving my Father died. One month later my girlfriend at the time got pregnant. Throughout the mourning and depression I have been able to be a great single Father giving my son everything he needs. He was what I needed to really start my adult life. Funny how that works isn't it? Being a parent made me become an adult, but you should already be one before you become a parent.

My son is my good life moment each and everyday. With him by my side I think we keep each other safe. Not only that he has helped me grow up in a way that has helped me beyond anything I can imagine. Without that I don't know if I would be in the place I am now. I still have struggles everyday but with more things falling in to place I hope to be more optimistic.
