If you purchased any Babyganics products in the last 8 years you are entitled to a refund.

Sign up for the Babyganics class settlement. You can file a claim if you purchased any Babyganics poducts between September 7, 2010 and June 26, 2018. The amount you will receive depends on the amount of claims etc.

You can claim up to 8 products without receipt or as many you have purchased if you still have your receipts.

Like most settlements this has to do with packaging and mislabelling or misusing certain words. There is nothing wrong with the product.

You have until 11/14/18 to claim. That means we will not receive the settlement before that. It could take months after that for it to arrive so be patient.
