I’m terrible with organization in my life. I have yet to use any online tools to help organize myself, however there is several options available. One of them being Clipix. You can use clipix to organize your online life, files, data, and other things. Even free samples if you want!

They also offer “Syncboards” which allow you to engage with a group of friends or family. This can help you all stay organized together under a particular category.

One of the ways I can use this feature is keeping my online work life organized. I can put together free sample sites I use or ongoing freebies I can go through and check regularly to let my readers know what’s available. You can see how I started mine!
