I shared on our Facebook wall about my problem with Victoria’s Secret shipping. To recap I placed an order without a free shipping code, then the very next day they offered free shipping for one day. I called to either get my shipping fee taken off, or my ordered canceled so I could reorder. I called and they said no to both.

After emailing twice, they ended up giving me a $10 e-gift card. That didn’t fully cover the shipping ($15.99) but it’s better than nothing! Right? Back to the real point…
