I personally have never heard of it but I thought an awesome way to incorporate salsa even more into our meals would be fun. Plus it was fun to put together.

My girlfriend and I decided to make one of our favorites and of course have some HERDEZ® salsa in it. We made Avocado bowls with egg, cheese, bacon, and of course salsa.
Preheat your oven to 425
Cut your avocado in half, take out the pit, and hollow it out a bit. If you don’t do that your egg won’t fit!
Crack your egg into the avocado bowl and add cheese. Put your avocado bowl in the 425 degree over for 15-20 minutes. Cook time will depend on the size of your avocado and eggs. Just make sure your egg has enough time to set.
In a separate pan cook your bacon to your liking. Everything is always better with bacon.
Once the avocado bowl is ready add the bacon and the HERDEZ® salsa. I prefer the HERDEZ® Salsa Verde while my girlfriend prefers the HERDEZ® Casera Salsa.
