What did I think of the razor? Well, I’ll tell you!

Gillette (www.gillettevenus.com) Was nice enough to throw in their new Venus & Olay razor. I opened the package and found that the razor intimidated me. There’s quite a few pieces that need to be put together just to shave legs. I had never seen so many pieces to a regular razor, only to an electric one. So I pulled out the instructions and read over them. I found it wasn’t as complicated as it looks.
Using the razor was as simple as using any other razor. I tried it without shaving cream first just to see how it felt and worked. I noticed it left a small residue on my skin and was kind of concerned. I have somewhat sensitive skin so I was afraid of a breakout. And with it being shorts season already, I don’t want any breakouts! After shaving, I usually use baby oil or lotion to keep my skin from bumping up and breaking out. But I noticed that not only do you not need shaving cream, but you also don’t need any lotion or anything! The residue soaks into your skin rather quickly and makes legs feel silky smooth. I will definitely be buying refills for this razor.
