Everything seems to be changing to healthier choices for food. Instead of ice cream, there are tons of yogurt stores opening up. Along with that there is a lot more of a choice of yogurt foods than when I was growing up.

Now if you want something sweet and healthy in the form of a yogurt parfait. I had to do a quick search exactly what made a parfait a parfait. It always makes me think of Shrek (everyone loves a parfait). It’s usually layered with yogurt, fruit, and granola.

Breyers has a brand new parfait,Breyers YoCrunch. You can basically have your favorite parfait waiting for you in the fridge with their new product. You can choose something sweet like yogurt topped with M&Ms, Oreo, Crunch, Reeses, or Butterfinger.

If you are trying to watch your figure and diet a bit, you can still have that, but choose the Light version, which has only 120 calories! Or of course you can try the fruit with granola.

The Breyers YoCrunch peach with granola topping. Ever since I was younger I’ve never liked fruit chunks in my yogurt, however I didn’t mind it this time. There was no unpleasant crunch or taste with this fruit. Plus the granola is a nice balance to snack.

I would definitely love to try the Strawberry version, or perhaps some of the sweet candy topping ones! I would definitely recommend it and buy it in stores.
