Adperk offers free magazine subscriptions. To get them for free you earn credits. To earn credits you watch short videos (30 seconds to 2 minutes). These credits are basically good for the free subscriptions. They have had a positive review from what I see, the subscriptions do come. No credit card etc required.

Magazines include Good Housekeeping, Ode, Popular Science, and Alternative. Other magazines such as Cosmopolitan are coming soon!
