Its going to start getting colder and for me that means a higher energy bill. Running the heat in two rooms and everything else can easily increase your monthly bill.

For a limited time, Santa Clara County is offering Santa Clara County homeowners healthy rebates that cover 80% of the cost of a home energy assessment performed by a participating contractor. This will allow you to find out how you can make your home healthier and comfortable as well as save money on the utility bills.

To participate choose a participating contractor and complete your energy assessment.

To qualify you must own a single family detached home. Rebates are paid up to $800 to the contractor. If you decide to go through with the recommend updates there are rebates of up to $4,000 to claim.
